Pink Spiny Oyster Mojave Turquoise Ring
The pink spiny oyster Mojave turquoise stone that adorns this ring is simply enchanting. This type of stone is created using spiny oyster shells (a byproduct of the seafood industry) and natural turquoise, compressed and combined together with veins of copper, vivid pink dyes, and resin for stabilisation.
The ring band is imprinted with a woven mesh texture and has been left open to allow the size to be adjusted to the individuals request.
The stone measures approximately 25mm x 25mm along the edges, or 31mm from corner to corner as it is oriented this way across the band. The thickness, or height of the stone and its’ setting is approximately 5mm at its’ highest point.
The band width is roughly 6mm, and with a thickness of 1mm, it is certainly robust enough to hold its’ shape and custom size even though it is open at the bottom.
